Our 1870 hall is the perfect location for a rehearsal dinner for up to 50 guests. We offer linens, dinnerware, and service as needed. You are welcome to use your own pre-approved caterer. Any alcohol served must be purchased through Sugar Grove.
Bridal showers are popular at Sugar Grove as our hall provides an intimate and private setting for up to 50 guests. We rent the space for $45/hour with linens, punch bowl, and coffee maker available upon request. Wine by the bottle is available for purchase.
Our hall seats up to 60 guests for a traditional wedding ceremony. A lower level bridal dressing area and the hall rent for $50/hour for wedding ceremonies. For the same fee, the space is also available for small receptions for up to 50 people. Additional seating is available outside.
Outdoor ceremonies and/or receptions are magical with creation as your backdrop at Sugar Grove. Tents with detachable sides, tables and chairs must be rented and we have space for a maximum of 200 guests. We reserve the hall and grounds for your private use from Friday at noon, for your setup and decoration purpose, until Sunday noon, when the cleanup must be complete. The facility fee for the 2011 season is $950 and includes consultations regarding rental needs and layout design. All rental items are in addition to this basic fee. Setup, tear down, dinnerware service, tent lighting, and linens are all available at a very reasonable price, though renters are not required to use these Sugar Grove services. A licensed, pre-approved caterer must be used. All alcohol served must be purchased through Sugar Grove.
