No. 2044 Red
Gold Medal Winner!
Our dry red wine, No. 2044 red recently brought home gold at the first Mid-American Wine Competiton, a two-day event held in Ankeny. The competition included a panel of twelve judges, including five master sommeliers (certified wine experts).

No. 2044 Red:
This wine treats dry red lovers to a light and bright French-American hygrid, Marechal Foch. Try No. 2044 with marinara dishes, grilled steak and other red meats. Dark chocolate makes a great match too! Named after this rural county's Sugar Grove Grange club.
Rolling Hills Red
Rolling Hills Red: Made from the Chambourcin grape, this off-dry wine offers broad appeal. Not too fruity, not too dry, Rolling Hills red pairs well with pork (especially holiday ham) and beef, lamb, pizza, pastas, hearty bean dishes and wild game meats.
The Grate White
The Grate White: Crisp and clean with a pleasing delicate and dry finish. This Seyval Blanc wine (similar to Sauvignon Blanc) serves as an elegant complement to mixed greens, the difficult-to-pair asparagus, seafood and fish, chicken dishes. It also makes a great wine sauce. Named after the antique iron grate that graces the floor of the Grange Hall.
Vesper White
Vesper White: This golden semi-sweet wine bursts with bouquet before you discover its crisp German-style attitude with a Reisling-esque finish. Hints of tangerine, grapefruit and apricot pair well with smoked and shelled fish, pasta with white sauces, chicken, sharp cheeses and Asian dishes. Pour it over mixed fruit or try it with a side of proscuitto-wrapped melon for an elegant appetizer. For a surprisingly tasty twist, try it in your turkey gravy. Stargazers will appreciate that this wine is named after Venus, the shimmering evening star.
Jubilee Blush
Jubilee Blush: This sweet wine, a blend of whites and Marechal Foch, appeals to lovers of fruity wines. Pair it with desserts, fresh fruits, and pastries. Or, it makes a great spritzer with your favorite sparkling beverage over ice.
Harvest Home White
Harvest Home White: A well-loved sweet Sugar Grove wine serves up citrus overtones with the old time flair of the Native American Catawba grape. Pairs well with barbecue, chicken, fish, Mexican and Asian dishes. Also pairs with fruity desserts and cheesecake. Try it with fruit for a great compote or cooler. Named after the European traditional celebration of the harvest, known as Harvest Home.
